Refund Policy

1. General Refund Principles

We strive for customer satisfaction. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to this policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal

If the service does not start immediately upon purchase, you have a legal right of withdrawal for 3 days from the date of purchase.

3. Waiver of Withdrawal for Immediate Access

As our video services are digital content provided immediately, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced.

4. Amicable Refund Requests

Before initiating any formal dispute, users must submit an amicable refund request through their user dashboard. We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.

5. Stripe Disputes and Chargebacks

Initiating a Stripe dispute or chargeback without first attempting an amicable resolution violates our policy and will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Eligibility for Token Refunds

Unused tokens purchased within the last 14 days may be eligible for a refund, provided no tokens from the package have been consumed.

7. Eligibility for Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

9. Service Interruptions

In the event of prolonged service downtime, we may, at our discretion, offer token credits or partial refunds.

10. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend this refund policy. Changes will be communicated to users and applied to future purchases.
